BLACK OLIVE JAM
Our Black Olive Jam is prepared in small batches from scratch in our Vancouver kitchen. It tastes delicious with any kind of cheese, as a spread on crackers or crostinis, or just as a side for roasted lamb, pork, or chicken. Our Black Olive Jam is made from black olives, apple jelly, fresh rosemary, lemon, and spices.
OILS OF THE OLIVE
Our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, cold-pressed, and unrefined. It has a soft flavour and is light with a very slight tartness. It contains no chemicals, artificial colouring or preservatives.
Our flavoured olive oils are produced by crushing and cold-pressing fresh fruits and herbs with fresh olives. Unlike infused olive oils, the flavour difference is night-and-day.

Our smoked olive oil is new, unique, and out of this world!! It is a fantastic finish for seafood dishes, risottos, soups, and stews.
Our fruit balsamic vinegars are prepared in small batches in our Vancouver kitchen. We use barrel matured white and dark balsamic vinegar as a base and elevate it by adding different fruits and flavours. They are delicious in any kind of salad or drizzled over your favourite vegetables, cheese, or meat. Our fruit balsamic also work well of fresh oysters.

ARTISAN BREAD DIPPERS
Every bottle of our Bread Dippers is hand-crafted in our commercial kitchen in Vancouver. We mix extra virgin, unrefined, unfiltered olive oil, aged dark balsamic vinegar, and selected herbs and spices. Our dippers are delicious with your favourite bread. They make a fantastic vinaigrette for salads or grilled vegetables. Also, our Bread Dippers would really well as a marinade for chicken, seafood, or meat on the BBQ.
